Ticket Return and Refund Guidelines

POLICY

If you would like to request a refund for a delegate conference ticket at the National Sales Conference, you can do this in writing within 14 calendar days of purchase and is subject to a 25% administration fee. Please note: Cancelations made after 14 days of booking are non-refundable, however, substitutions/transfers can be made (free of charge) up to 10 working days before the event opens. No shows are non-refundable.

Alternatively, we run a flexi-ticket policy whereby you can roll your tickets over to next year (free of charge). Please note, this does not apply to no shows.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

The National Sales Conference (NSC) programme is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Lincoln West cannot guarantee the attendance of any exhibitor or speaker, or that any scheduled event will take place. Lincoln West will not be held liable and no reimbursement will be made, in the event of the cancellation or modification of the times, dates, sessions and/or events of NSC as a result of an event that is beyond Lincoln West’s control, including but not limited to inclement weather, earthquake, flood, or other act of God, war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities, riot, national state of emergency, plague, act/threat of terrorism, civil unrest, strikes or other labour disputes, or any other similar or related event which delays or prevents any or all of Lincoln West.
