CELEBRATING EXCELLENCE IN SALES

The National Sales Awards recognises, rewards and celebrates the very best performing individuals and teams across the Sales profession. The Awards exist to not only recognise the metrics, but also the dedication, perseverance and passion that drives growth within every successful business.

Our ten individual and team categories range from Sales Director of the Year, Sales Team of the Year, Sales Manager of the Year, SDR of the Year, Rising Star and more!

At the heart of the National Sales Awards is fairness, transparency and integrity. To ensure the highest standaArds of ethics, nominees will be judged by a panel of independent Sales Leaders who will evaluate objectively, free from internal bias and will score based solely on merit.

The judging process will be managed remotely & online, but the celebrations are very much in person! The nominations will be scored remotely and then finalists will be asked to showcase their achievements (online) to an independent panel of judges. The eventual winners will be announced live on stage at the awards ceremony on 13 November (Birmingham), ensuring everyone celebrates in style!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What period of success can be considered for submission?

The nominee's achievements considered for evaluation should be based on a 12 month period, anytime from 1 January 2024 to the present day.

What is the judging process?

Stage 1 - Following the 11 July deadline, all the nominations will be reviewed to create a shortlist of finalists. To become an awards finalist, you will need to meet specific criteria including but not limited to: relevance to the category, impact & results, innovation & creativity, supporting evidence as well as presenting your entry in a well-structured and easy-to-understand format, adhering to word count limits.

Stage 2 - In August & September these finalists will be scored by an independent panel of judges.

Stage 3 - To review and ensure these scores are both valid & fair the final stage will be an online professional discussion process (approx. 30-45mins), taking place on 29-30 September. You will be allocated a time slot, but for now please block both these dates out in advance. This final stage of the judging process is compulsory.

The Team of Judges

  • Lincoln West will appoint a team of judges who will make an assessment of all the nominations and score each entry according to the guidelines & criteria.
  • The Judges decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • By submitting a nomination you agree to supply any additional supporting evidence or other information requested.
  • The Judges may also reallocate an entry to a different category.

Why is the judging process remote & online, as opposed to in person?

We can attract a wider pool of judges, as well as give the judges more time to review & consider the nominations. We can also mitigate factors out of the judges control for an in person judging experience, such as train strikes, weather, unforeseen personal and/or professional commitments etc.

In addition, by removing the costs involved with an in person judging day(s), i.e. venue, travel, catering, staffing, AV etc, we can allocate more resources to the awards ceremony itself. Thus reducing the cost to attend, providing a more enjoyable and value for money experience to everyone involved.

What networking opportunities are there?

All judges & finalists will be invited to a Networking Lunch on 13 November (14.00hrs), in the VIP Lounge at the National Sales Conference. This will provide a more relaxed opportunity to connect with peers, away from the pressures & limited time typically experienced during an in person judging experience.

At the evening Awards ceremony, we've broken tradition to combine, the Welcome Drinks & Dinner to allow more time for attendees to connect & relax, before officially taking their seats for the awards presentations. There will be a selection of themed Street Food stations to provide more choice & time to connect with other guests.

When & where is the National Sales Awards taking place?

From 18.00hrs on 13 November 2025 at the National Motorcycle Museum (Birmingham), co-located with the National Sales Conference which is taking place during the day. Carriages will be at midnight. There is free car parking at the venue and complimentary shuttle buses to official hotels. The venue is also 5mins taxi ride from Birmingham International Airport & Train Station.

How much is it to get involved?

We understand 'budget' is a consideration, but we also believe it is important to celebrate success and win together as a team. So to help minimise resisitance from your CFO, the nomination process is FREE TO ENTER and the Awards Ceremony attendance is priced at cost - only £1,000 for a table of 10 (Book by 31 July). So if you're interested in sponsoring to help support this sales community event, please get in touch.
